When you engage with our in-house construction and home-building services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2.Project Estimates and Payment
Before the commencement of any project, a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, expected costs, and timelines will be provided. The final cost may vary based on the scope of changes, unforeseen circumstances, or client-requested modifications. We require a signed agreement and initial deposit before starting construction. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule outlined in the contract.
3.Client Responsibilities
As our valued client, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your vision for the project, including design preferences, budget, and other specifications. You are also responsible for securing necessary permits and approvals for the project, unless otherwise agreed upon. Timely communication and decisions are necessary to avoid delays.
4.Project Changes and Modifications
Any changes or modifications to the project once construction has begun must be discussed and agreed upon in writing. Changes may incur additional costs and extend the project timeline. Livnext will provide updated estimates for approval before proceeding with changes.
5.Delivery and Completion
Livnext is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. However, we acknowledge that construction projects may experience unforeseen delays or complications. We will keep you informed of progress and any adjustments to the timeline. Once completed, a final inspection will be conducted with the client to ensure satisfaction.
6.Ownership and Intellectual Property
Any designs, blueprints, or intellectual property created by Livnext during the project remain the property of Livnext unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients may use these materials solely for the purpose of the project, but cannot reproduce, distribute, or use them for other projects without prior written consent.
7.Confidentiality
Both Livnext and the client agree to keep all confidential information related to the project, including designs, plans, and financial details, private. Neither party will disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
8.Liability and Insurance
Livnext will maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of the project. However, clients are responsible for securing any additional insurance coverage if necessary. Livnext's liability for damages, delays, or defects is limited to the contract terms and any applicable laws.
